CJF 2022. Spring showcases children’s clothing novelties
CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2022. Spring opened today at Expocentre Fairgrounds. It is a significant congress and exhibition event for the children and maternity fashion industry to be held till February 24.
For the 27th time, the exhibition has become a meeting place for manufacturers, distributors and representatives of trading companies in the children's fashion industry. It has the reputation of being the leading professional show that identifies trends in children's fashion and aims to saturate the Russian children's goods market with high-quality, safe and affordable products.
CJF is held by EXPOCENTRE AO twice a year, in February and September, in line with the wholesale procurement cycle in this market segment. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
More than 220 brands from Austria, Belarus, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the UK are represented in the current exhibition. New collections of clothing, footwear and accessories for children are on display, reflecting current trends for the coming autumn-winter season and general trends for the entire children's goods market.
The exhibition is accompanied by a diverse conference programme with more than 30 events. Leading industry experts will provide practical advice on how to increase profits and effectively manage the situation in today's realities. They will outline promising new tools and business opportunities and introduce changes to the certification and labelling of children's clothing and footwear.
The exhibition conference programme started with the Session from the ROSTEST Academy on Changing the Rules of Certification and Supervision of Circulation of Children's Goods: How Businesses Should Handle the New Risks held in partnership with EXPOCENTRE AO.
Leading experts from the Academy addressed the professional audience - manufacturing companies, retailers, importers. Speakers included Nina Moshchenskaya, CEO at ROSTEST, Yulia Vasiltsyun, Head of the Internal Compliance Service, and Elena Varaksina, Deputy Head of the Certification of Chemical Products, Medical Products and Consumer Goods Department.
At the following Session from the ROSTEST Academy on Mandatory Labelling Requirements for Children's Clothing and Footwear, market participants received answers to the most important and complex questions related to the rules of conformity assessment and labelling of children's goods, clothing and footwear. The experts also provided individual consultations.
