Expert shared experience of effective work at an exhibition

The EXPO Academy project at CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2024. Spring offered the Workshop on Distribution 2024: Where to Go for Sales, and the Masterclass on Effective Work at an Exhibition. The events were organised by EXPOCENTRE AO and the Kids Fashion Retail consulting agency.  

Elena Pismenskaya, a founder of the Kids Fashion Retail consulting agency, shared her experience in developing a children's clothing brand, maintaining its image, and spoke about ways to increase sales.

Modern trends are dictating new conditions, attracting customers is becoming more expensive, the efficiency of online shops is decreasing, and the clothing market as a whole is shrinking. Based on various sources, Elena Pismenskaya made a forecast of the fashion market and, based on it, gave the audience some useful recommendations on how to increase sales of a children's clothing brand.

In addition, the workshop included a masterclass on how to work effectively at an exhibition. The speaker emphasised that many fashion brands participate in exhibitions, wasting time and resources, but failing to achieve the desired effect. She pointed out the unobvious mistakes that exhibitors make and gave a number of important tips on how to avoid them.
