CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2025. Spring is Russia’s key platform for demonstration of children’s fashion. It is distinguished by a variety of exhibited products and an abundance of trendy collections of children's clothing and footwear for the upcoming autumn-winter season.
Professional visitors will be offered every opportunity to tackle their company's business problems and take part in educational and practical workshops of the EXPO Academy project.
The EXPO-Accelerator project will continue to cover the theme of employment of young professionals. Students of colleges and universities will show their skills to the professional community.
CJF participants will learn about global trends in the children's clothing market and new marketing tools, find suppliers, establish new business contacts, and conclude mutually beneficial contracts.

Conference programme
The CJF spring conference programme includes about 30 events with well-known speakers and experts of the children’s fashion industry.
As usual, special attention will be paid to personnel training for the textile industry, early career guidance and building effective collaboration between specialised universities, colleges and major employers to ensure the employment of young professionals.
It is expected that the programme will open on 18 February with the Meeting of the Expert Council on Youth Policy, Culture, Education and Child Safety under the Russian State Duma on the Topic of Career Guidance in the Textile and Garment Industry. The event will be moderated by Yana Lantratova, First Deputy Chair at the Russian State Duma Committee for Education.
The event will be attended by members of the Expert Council, representatives of federal and regional authorities, heads of universities and colleges, heads of professional associations, representatives of major employers, and companies participating in CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2025. Spring.
The meeting participants will discuss HR issues in the textile and garment industry, upgrade of the personnel training system, as well as measures aimed at promoting the popularisation of sewing professions among young people, increasing the prestige of the profession, improving the system of incentives for young professionals when they find employment in their speciality, and career guidance through family education.
During a unique master show by the founders of the I'm on Style project with the participation of students of Krasin Moscow College of Creative Industries, recognised designers will present models created by young professionals.
The event will be organised within the EXPO Accelerator educational project by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the National Project Fund for Support of Educational Initiatives. The students of textile colleges and universities will be addressed by experienced mentors: Elena Kalgina, Deputy Chair at the Expert Council on Youth Policy, Culture, Education and Child Safety under the Russian State Duma, co-founder of the I’m on Style project for young designers, founder and Executive Director at the National Project Fund for Support of Educational Initiatives, member of the Board of Trustees of the Victory TV Channel (Channel One Russia), and Alyona Depechemode, a co-founder of the I’m on Style project, entrepreneur, founder and head of brands, designer.
The regular events held by EXPOCENTRE and KVK Imperia Forum will come back.
On 18 and 19 February, the Centre of Retail Chains will be arranged for retailers. It is a special business zone, which combines a comfortable visit to CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2025. Spring and a series of training workshops.
On 19 February, the participants of the 26th Russian Trade Forum for Children’s Goods Suppliers will learn how the labelling experiment ended and what other challenges the year 2025 will bring to the supplier of children's goods, how to make a product the most desirable bestseller in the Goods for Children category, and how to beat the competition in e-com in a wide category from marketplaces to their own online shops.
The forum will present a trend session on 2024+2025 = findings, challenges and trends that change the children’s goods market and help suppliers be one step ahead of the competition, a focus session on putting together a profit puzzle: main marketing tools for those who want to increase sales of children's goods and especially children’s clothing, and a focus session on 18+: adult tools for selling non-adult goods online and on marketplaces. Another special event will be a presentation on labelling of children’s toys: summarising the mistakes of the experiment and inoculating against the next labelling epidemic.
In addition, the conference programme will be a platform for special negotiations between manufacturers of children's goods and buyers of retail chains.
The Forum on Successful Sales on Marketplaces in 2025: Trends, Opportunities and Business Development Tools in the Children's Goods Industry will be organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with XWAY, an operational partner of marketplaces. The event will be held within the EXPO-Academy project on 18 February. Its moderator will be Anton Larin, an expert in retail and e-commerce and XWAY co-founder.
The forum's rich programme will cover the most relevant topics. Speakers will offer the analytics of the children's goods and clothing category, and talk about how this segment is developing on the popular platforms like OZON, Wildberries, Yandex Market and Megamarket, the latest trends and prospects of the marketplace market, as well as how to outperform competitors in preparing content, setting up logistics, launching advertising tools, communicating with sellers and calculating unit economics. Experts will also share cases and success stories of sellers in the Children's Clothing, Footwear and Toys category.
On 20 February, EXPOCENTRE will organise the 3rd Forum on How to Create a Perfect Children's Dream Fashion Boutique. Tips from Seasoned Veterans: Design, Window Dressing, Merchandising, Team in the Presentation Area for those visitors and exhibitors, who not just want to open a children's clothing shop in their city, but to create a place of attraction for all mums, who want the best for their children.
The most well-known experts of Russian children's fashion will reveal how to make your dream come true and devote yourself to your favourite business with a guaranteed profit during the hours-long exciting marathon.
The forum’s moderator, Elena Danilevskaya, Federal Curator of the Russian Children's Goods Testing Project ‘Moms in Action’, will ensure a pleasant and constructive atmosphere of the event.
The forum’s programme includes several thematic sessions on relevant issues of children's retail.
The forum will open with a session on trends in children’s retail. New tools in shop design to attract traffic,moderated by Marina Polkovnikova, a well-known expert in retail design and merchandising, managing partner of Polkovnikova&Partners Group in Central Asia, founder of the international company VMC Retail and online school VMC Education, author of merchandising programmes for British Design School, Higher School of Stylistics, Art&Image, experience of working with Skolkovo, OZ MALL, Caprice, Gloria Jeans, Melle, Loriblu, Meucci, Koton, 12storeez, I am Studio, Ekonika, Mascotte, Le Creuset, Paul & Shark.
Viktor Malygin, Head of Educational Programmes at Fashion Consulting Group, will speak about the secret tricks of ‘catching’ the right customer during a session on communication via details: how visual merchandising communicates values of a children’s clothing brand.
An expertly done shop window can save any shop. That is why a session on a shop window as a tool to increase sales and communication with customers deserves the closest attention. It will be offered by the forum’s newcomer: Oksana Skvortsova, an expert at VMGROUP consulting on merchandising and retail design, practicing designer of retail spaces with 16 years of experience in different product categories (fashion / home / décor).
Evgeniy Danchev, an expert on increasing sales in the fashion market, author of the Practical Guide to Increasing Sales of Shoes and Accessories, founder of an online school for fashion executives, will reveal how to sell a new collection without discounts to manipulative buyers, and speak about specifics of presenting the price of premium segment goods.
The forum will be concluded with a masterclass on if a burnout in your favorite occupation possible, its causes, detection and prevention, real cases by Yana Oreshina, a business psychologist, psychodynamic coach, organizational consultant; working with business owners and teams.
The Practical Session on the Adaptation of Business to New Product and Labelling Requirements. What Is Important to Know and How to Prepare? will take place on 19 February in Press Hall of Congress Centre as part of the ROSTEST Academy programme. It is organised by EXPOCENTRE jointly with ROSTEST at a number of the company’s own exhibitions to provide consultations on how to prepare for new technical regulations. During the session, experienced experts – Yulia Vasiltsun, Head of the Legal Department, Head of Internal Compliance at ROSTEST, Yulia Chumanova, Deputy Head at the Product Certification Body, Deputy Head at the ROSTEST Certification Support, and Nadezhda Kirilchuk, an expert auditor on conformity assessment of children's and consumer products at ROSTEST – will talk about the new rules of paid registration of declarations and certificates in the FGIS, and how and why to synchronise information about goods on the label, in the national catalogue and in the certificate of conformity.
There will be two events held to boost and facilitate the Russian-Chinese cooperation.
The Forum on Chinese Companies Working with Russia: Prospects and Trends in the Children's Goods Market (in Chinese for Chinese exhibitors) and the Forum on Business with China: Key Solutions for the Children's Clothing, Footwear and Accessories Industry will be held on 20 February in Press Hall of Congress Centre. Both events are organised EXPOCENTRE AO in partnership with Sinoruss and moderated by Anastasia Valova, Managing Partner at Sinoruss Consulting.
The forums’ participants will discuss key issues related to payments, logistics and organisation of joint ventures in Russia, as well as trends in the children's goods and clothing market.
A regular trend tour of new products of children's clothing manufacturers: trends and hits of collections and a review of trends for Autumn/Winter 2025/2026: the fashion industry's top moods, colours, prints and shapes will take place on 20 February. These events are organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with CARLIN Creative Trend Bureau Russia (France) for both exhibitors and visitors to CJF.
From February 18 to 21, the fashion shows of the CJF. Children’s Catwalk 2025. Spring will take place twice a day at 12.00 and 14.00 in Forum Pavilion. They are organised with the support of the PROfashion Publishing House and the TOP SECRET model agency. Runway participants will demonstrate current collections of such brands as Kiwiland, Vashe Siyatelstvo, I am on Style, and others.
